Jim Caswell was a IAM man through and through.

Everyone who knew the man will always tell you the same thing...'he came down here, come rain, hail or snow!'. His dedication to the group was outstanding.

In honour of Jim, every year, we give a trophy in his name to a member of the group who has shown dedication above and beyond the call of duty. Anyone can nominate a fellow member for the Caswell award and the member with the greatest number of noinations wins.
